The process of gathering information, assistance in determining your terms of the sale, finding qualified buyers, keeping your business and business information confidential, accepting offers and working with you through the closing of the sale is our job. We have handled many transactions and we have the tools to get the job done for your company. The path to a sale is complicated and time consuming that is why it is wise to utilize a professional so you can focus on running your business. Note: Another thing we do that is different is once the listing agreement is signed and the initial listing fees are paid we present to you from our large database of buyers a list of buyer matches. We then actively seek these buyers and companies out and present a blind profile of your business to these buyers. This will jump start the sale process and create immediate activity on your listing.

Active Business Search Services: Scope of Service Provided: Ancilla, LLC has hundreds of “buyers” such as individuals and corporations searching for strategic acquisitions for their business. Simply put we have found that there are two ways to find a business to buy. The first way is to passively search through brokers via new listings that they have in their inventory or “Actively Search” for a business by using a company such as ours. What we do is determine your search criteria and contact thousands of these businesses, find businesses that are interested in selling and start negotiations with the Buyer and Seller for the purchase of their business.

How does it work and why would you want to do it as a buyer: Ancilla, LLC will be paid monthly for their search services, we will contact hundreds of businesses monthly, personally talk with the owners, determine their interest level, collect pertinent information and be part of the negotiations. The commission rate is set upfront between Ancilla, LLC and the buyer and we credit all monthly fees off of the commission due to Ancilla, LLC after the sale. Ancilla, LLC does not collect any fees from the Seller.

Investor Search Services:

Scope of Service Provided: Ancilla, LLC has worked with Start ups, inventors and growing companies at times. These types of businesses have special needs and sometimes special capital requirements to grow their business. Business owners will at times sell a portion of their business to an investor to grow the business to the next level. Inventors also look to use these services to fund the marketing and growth of a new product that has already been developed. 

Cost: $3,000.00 to $8,000.00 dollars and a success fee at closing.

Business Valuations:

Scope of Service: Ancilla, LLC can provide Third Party Business Valuations from CPA Firms that specialize in valuing businesses. This can be very helpful when deciding a sale price and also used every few years to place mile marker on the growth of the value of your business. We suggest this service also if  partner disputes or for properly insuring key ownership roles.

Cost: $3,900 and up (depending on scope and size of company).

Private Equity and Venture Capital Search Services:

Scope of Service Provided: A firm that is constantly looking for acquisitions and has a need to keep their capital working needs to find a constant flow of transactions. Ancilla, LLC has also found that the need to find bolt on acquisitions for their current holdings can quickly add to the bottom line of current holdings. Consider outsourcing those search services to Ancilla, LLC on an as needed basis and keep your overhead down and your win rate up for a set cost per transaction.
